We Keep LGBTQ+ Women & Girls Up-To-Date
The LGBTQ community in Arkansas has been fighting a long battle for their rights. We have faced many challenges and barriers to overcome, but we are not giving up. This page highlights the progress made as well as the new challenges.
As you already know, there is a wave of hatred against transgender people that has spread across the American states with anti-trans laws. No less than three bills were recently introduced to Arkansas legislators. Some of them are anti-trans laws, others target the LGBTQ community as a whole. Let’s look at each of these bills.

Arkansas has always been a tough place for the LGBTQ community. Despite our best efforts, there is still much to be done. However, the LGBTQ community is determined not to give up and will continue fighting until everyone can live freely in this state without fear of discrimination or harassment.
