CBS TV Series "Low Country" Starring Uzo Aduba

CBS has announced the creation of a new TV series whose main character, a lesbian deputy sheriff, will be played by the actress Uzo Aduba.

Introducing New TV Series "Low Country"

Shirley Johnson (Uzo Aduba) is a black lesbian sheriff who lives in a small South Carolina town where she faces, among other things, a white crime family.
